June- 2009 Tomah-Warrens Sportsman Alliance Board of Director’s Meeting held on June 8, 2009

Board Members present:  Carl Johnson, Brian Pedersen, Marty Neas

Old Business:

·         Brian Pedersen read minutes from the May meeting.    Carl Johnson made a motion to approve the minutes.  The action was seconded by Marty Neas

·         Carl Johnson read the treasurer’s report.   A motion was made by Brian Pedersen to accept this report.  This was seconded by Marty Neas.

·         Hunter’s safety was cancelled

·         The Euchre party on May 30^th went well.

·         Carl will send in changes to shooting rules to insurance carrier for approval.

New Business:

Scheels  Shoot:

·         Will be held on July 11, 2009. 

·         Work day will be held on June 27 at 8am. 

·         Carl Johnson will get food and beverage supplies for shoot.

Archery:

·         Had 12 shooters last week

Shot Gun:

·         Roger from Monsoors will fix trap.

·         We will be going to Cranmoor on Monday June 15^th

Other Business:

·         Donating 100 shells and 100 targets to Boys and Girls Club

·         There will be a card party on June 27^th

·         Brent Mittlestaedt will bury drain tile from eve troughs.
